School. has. started. and it is kicking my butt. All last year I was breezing through the days, classes kept me busy, but I never felt as though I was struggling. But now... I am getting stressed out.
I am taking a total of five classes: Mythology -it has tons of reading... and I'm not a fan of reading. Intro to Deaf Ed - almost everyone in my class is a level above me, and have had MUCH more experience signing. Plus the teacher is deaf, so I am way lost most of the time. In order to keep up, I have to read alot... which again, I am not a fan of. Math 129 - its online... it seems pretty easy so far. I hope it stays that way. Educational Psychology - this class is alllll lecture. So most of the time I dont pay attention... it is WAY to boring... so again, to keep up I have to read... which i am not a fan of. American Sign Language 3 - this class actually is kind of fun. Shelia Dyer is really funny, and makes class go by pretty quickly. But we still have to read For Hearing People Only. Like today, I had to read chapters 49-66. That is quite alot. I hate reading. :[
I guess I should start getting used to it.
My roommate is alright. She is a talker, which last year Kendal and I talked on occasion, but if i saw her studying, or she saw me studying, we would keep things quiet. I really miss my old roomie. She was way cool. :[ Her baby is due sometime this week if I am not mistaken. I hope and pray things go well for her.
My room is all decked out... much more than last year... I love to just chill in my bed, or on the computer. It is more like home.
Speaking of home... I plan to move off campus next semester... I need money, real bad, but hopefully I can get it all taken care of. I would save more money which is always a good thing. I am hoping to move in with tony, and daniel. We have only talked about it, so nothing is final, but one can dream right?
I decorated my wall with tape. Everyone thinks that I have some type of talent.. but I dont know, I personally still think they look pretty lame... :/ Maybe I'll get better at it, and it wont look all gay.
Into the Wild never fails to amaze me. I have watched that movie countless times, and I still just sit, and think about it... alot. It is really good. I always compare myself to it, and think what I could be doing with my life. It would be alot more fun, and exciting than sitting in class learning crap that wont help me.
I want to be an adventurer.
I also want Beatles Rock Band. My birthday is coming up.... *hint hint*

hey! whatcha wanna do about this thing?
well, it has been quite awhile, as always... mainly due to my brother who says my blog is not worth reading. but i figured i would at least try again in hopes to please him.
Summer school is half way over, my grades are doing pretty well. In history our teacher just has busy work and it is extremely annoying. I am taking an online class for a reason, it is because i dont have the time to do work, ill just take the test and move on thanks... but no, she has to have not only an assignment for each chapter we cover, but discussion, and we then have to respond to other peoples discussions. I am getting pretty tired of it... only two more weeks... two more! Plus even though i barely pass the tests i still have an 80. I like my government class, we just have a discussion, usually bashing Obama then we take a test... he does an online class right.
Ive been working alot too, and we got a new assistant... she worked with madam x (maxine) and x decided to tell the new assistant that i am a bad worker, who does everything wrong... this obviously caused problems.. and i put my two weeks notice in. After actually working with the assistant she sees that madam x was lying and so it made her look bad. sucks to be her. Either way the assistant and i are friends, and we work really well together. My last day is on thursday, and i get paid on friday... then ill get my last paycheck just before i leave for Utah.
Im pretty stoked that Angela and i are still going. We havent talked about it at all yet, but we will. I will have to think of things to do for the 24 hour drive.. but i have my AC adapter, and movies, and my ipod.. so i think we will be okay. Ive got about 400 saved up.. and that is without these next two paychecks.. it would be more... but i am a compulsive shopper, and once i start i cant stop. it started with these shoes... they are freaking adorable and i will force myself to wear them as much as possible. then i got jeans... a scarf... a dress... more shoes... shorts... a skirt... and an outfit for my mother which just hangs off of her... that witch... but in all seriousness i am gettting worried about her health. she is like 80 pounds, she rarely eats, she doesnt sleep much at night... it just isnt looking good.
My sister is going to visit my grandma this saturday... she is flying... which means i get a mini cooper for a week. I am super excited for that. I have driven stick shift before, but it has been a while.. just hope that i dont encounter a hill, because i will FREAK! I also get her apartment, i already have plans to have some friends over for a little fun night. who knows we might play games.... like harry potter clue!!! :D which we do own.
I have been practicing my piano lately. i have been working on the river flows in you mostley trying to get the speed up, but nonetheless i am practicing, something my grandpa would be proud of. he always wanted me playing, and i just never really got into it. and now that he is gone, i play almost every day.
I am so ready to get back to school. I have pretty much everything bought for classes... except books... but im making this wall art thing, and i hope it turns out good. If it doesnt who cares.. i made it with my bare hands. i am proud!!

She is a freshmen, so i get to show her the ropes... or at least try. oh and tony is coming to SFA in the fall which should be fun too him and i havent really talked for about 2-3 years... we sometimes are at the same place at the same time... but it will be nice to be actual friends again.
This saturday Kamika and i are going to sixflags, i hope i dont die. it will be soooooo hot. :/ but still fun. we are going mainly to see jesse mccartney!! holla! BAHAHA!
speaking of concerts... this past friday, mike and i went to see this beatles tribute band... gotta say, they were pretty good. i was extremely impressed. Their sound was pretty dead on, they even bobbled their head. hehehe. I want to go see them again and take joanna. They play thursday, but it is 21 and over... lame... ill still try though.
well, 21 jumpstreet is calling my name... and i only have one more disc to finish... i am seriously obsessed... i need to get all the other seasons... i just have to locate them.

SUMMER TIME!
It's that time again. When I feel bad that I havent updated my blog.
I've been pretty busy with summer school... My history class is kicking my butt! Like no joke... I have a 59 in the class.... luckily the credit transfers, not the grade. I finished my political science class. It was alot easier than I thought it would be. I got it all done 2 weeks early, and so now I can just focus on my history homework. boo.
I have been working a ton! It is insane! Because our assistant manager left, I have to basically cover her... and still get paid for the 'key holder' which I think is wrong. But oh well.
I have spent every pay check on various things. First paycheck was used to payback family for money they gave me, and some shoes. :/
The second paycheck was used to get new glasses, and some clothes... :/
Ugh, I'm so bad with my money. But next my paycheck will be used to pay for my summer school. Great...
I've been practicing piano alot more often, and I'm getting my chops back... well the little chops I had. hahaha. I catch myself randomly sitting down and playing a tune.... especially if I am cooking, :/ Ive actually burnned some noodles doing that.
I spend alot of my time at my friends place... She is taking an english course, and she asks for my help all the time. It feels good to be able to use what I learned to help her. :] I like helping.
So today for church, I wore my new dress which is kind of vintage... I guess. I really dont know... all I know is I spent 13 dollars on it, and I like it. Well it looks like something my mom would have worn when she was my age.. so I kinda 'waved' my hair... with the 70's feathering on the sides... hahaha, I looked like my mom. :] cute right?
The relationship status is still the same as before. But whateverI take things a day at a time.

Boo to reality
Man, it has been quite a while (sorry ben). I might want to get all caught up.
Well, I am home, and the first thing I did was clean the house. And like good clean. It really needed it. Our house was in bad shape. After cleaning, I had to go to work.... now... I dont have a car, so I have to ride a mile to work on my bike. Not my cruiser, but the trek aluminum bike. It really isnt too bad at all. It is super nice because the weather is so nice... but once it gets hotter, I dont know if I will be able to stand it.
I worked alot just the first week... and got a nice little paycheck that is gone now thanks to school. But I feel good knowing that I paid for it. I also bought myself some shorts, shirts, and shoes. :D im very happy with those. I get paid again on the 12th so I can't wait. It will be an even nicer paycheck.
Last weekend, while babysitting, I got a call from my friend Ben. He asked me if I planned to go to Arkansas for the YSA conference. I told him that I didnt plan on it because I didnt have a ride... well, 3 hours later he was at my house to pick me up. And at 11:30 at night, we started our 6 hour drive to the University of Arkansas. It was quite a drive... we got in at about 6 and went to sleep in his car. Two hours later we were up and ready for the long long loooonnggg day.
We sat in a gym listening to Sherry Dew speak. We snuck in a few pictures of her. haha. and then we went to a workshop. First was "the wows and woes of dating" it wasnt too bad. I was just super tired. We then got lunch, and then went to our other workshop... all I really remember was the chick was from Branson, and she had something with a chocolate/caramel covered apple, and a chocolate/caramel covered onion. After that, we got free time... Ben and I planned to sleep since we were leaving that night to go home. Instead we went swimming, and then sun bathed a little before we took showers and got ready for dinner and the dance.
The dinner wasnt too bad. When we were in line for our meals, there was a guy in front of us, and his friends up and left. So I invited him to eat with us. Turns out he is one of the funniest guys I have ever met. He was drum major at Tulsa University and is 6' 5"!!
Then we had a fireside... and Orien sat with us... mainly because I had candy. Then after some chick-fil-a we went to the dance. Not too bad. I actually enjoyed it. Then it was a 6 hour car ride back... not much happened since we were so exausted... except that Ben got pulled over for going 53 in a 35 construction zone!!! and got away with a warning. The officer thought I was his wife!! BAHAHAHAHA.
The following Sunday was my bestfriends graduation day! Congrats to her!! I spent the next few days with her family, and worked some.
Yesterday I came home from work, and surprise we got a cat! She is named Janis Joplin, or JJ for short. Her real name was Cowpatty but my mom didnt like it. She now is in my room, and loves it much better than my moms. :] I want to keep her.
Now that I am all caught up... I need to think of a good song.
I changed my mind.. Ive been listening to them alot lately.

Mustang Sally
I'M HOME!!! :D x a gazillion
Well, I ended up getting a B in my physics class. I was not too happy about that, but my momma said she was proud of me. I got all moved out friday afternoon/evening, and then Angela and I went camping.
I am not one to just go out and camp... so I took my feather mattress' and my 3 feather pillows, and my comforter and my super soft yarn blanket my momma made me. Needless to say, I slept like a baby! Luckily, we didn't get rained on last night, but this morning we woke up to a freaking bird, and some rain. but it was not to incredibly bad.
I got home, and laying on my chair was my 'I <3 NY' shirt that my sister got me... and a Tiffany bracelet and necklace!! :D I have the coolest sister ever. We were going to go to Scarborough fair, but because it was raining, we didnt want to deal with it. Instead we went to our favorite restaurant and started our day-o-fun! :D
After lunch we went to the movie trading company, and we picked up a few movies

-romeo and juliet

-breaking free
-stand and deliver
I totally fell asleep during our first two movies, but I was awoken with a chocolate milkshake. Once again, I have the coolest sister ever.
This is Eisley, they opened for MuteMath back in 06 or 07, I honestly can't remember. But they are either from longview or tyler.... either way, they have some good stuff.

All my bags are packed, I'm ready to go.
Oh the dreaded finals week. Last semester it was a breeze. I didn't have anything stressful, all of my classes were super easy. But this semester... I'm hating it all. I just finished all my English 132 stuff. A 7 paged researched argument, and my 4 page final exam. It's done. I'm done. Yay!! now I just need to worry about my math exam which is tomorrow. Im not too worried about it, because I have been following really well in the class. I have to get between a 90 and a 95 on the final to get an A in the class, and I think I can do it. :]
The one test I am super worried about is my physics test and my physics lab. I did well in the lab, but I hear the test is hard. :/ Then the class is what I am SUPER scared about. I havent had much luck on the past tests... but I think I can pull a B. Not what I want, but what I deserve.
So the working out has been pretty good. Because of classes, tests, and studying, I havent really been able to work out as much as I would like. I feel good when I work out, even if I complain. hehe.
I am ready to get out of this place. No joke. This has been a good year, but I want to be home. I miss my family.
There is so much that I want to do when I get home for the summer. Lets just see if it all happens.

-Job (swim lessons)
-Job 2 (anything)
-School (history, and poly sci)
-Clean entire house (as a present to the parentals)
-UTAH!! HOLLA! (thats why I need the jobs)

Ill keep everyone updated concerning my goals. :]

Only a week left of school, and it couldnt go any quicker.
I am so ready for the summer. Ive already got a few plans.
Im going camping the weekend right after finals, then that sunday Im going to scarborough fair with my seester! pirates will be invading that weekend!! Im so excited. The best part is, if you wear purple... you will be treated like royality, and I have pleanty of purple.
I need a job in the summer. Im always up for babysitting. So if you know anyone that needs a sitter, let me know.
but I want a part-time job as well. I was supposed to teach swim lessons, but as of now, it doesnt really look like that is going to happen. lame.
I still havent found a home for that puppy. So I will take it to the pound later this week.
I went out riding last night. I went to the Nacogdoches Expo center, and the Mumms family were out riding practicing their drill stuff. I kinda want to do it. Just for fun. Something I could do to relax.
I really need to work on my paper for english, but everytime I sit down to work on it, I get distracted. I'll get around to it at some point. At least by next Wednesday. haha. Other than studying, that is all I have going on.
As you can tell, I am really distracted. I jump topics. Time for nap time I guess. haha.

All my Days
Well, this weekend was certainly interesting.
It began with a five hour drive down to San Antonio. Just fyi, 5 hours is really long. Anyway, we got to the dance, and Angela Beau and I tore up the dance floor. :] It was soooo much fun. After the dance we went to IHOP with a huge group of sweaty smelly YSA's. We ate with Beau, Angela, Jackson (our new friend), Ryan and Todd. Later that night we stayed with Angelas friend Spencer, and he has an awesome house. At about 5 in the morning, after the hot tub, and pool we all finally went to sleep, and stayed asleep till about 10 when we headed home.
I was supposed to have a date later that night, but it didnt happen. But Ben and I did find a dog. She is super cute, and I really want to take her home. Yet, my brother, dad, brothers friends would all kill me before we got another animal. We named her Kanela which is cinammon in spanish. It is actuall spelt canela, but I like it with a K.

At about 5 in the morning, after the hot tub, and pool we all finally went to sleep, and stayed asleep till about 10 when we headed home.
I was supposed to have a date later that night, but it didnt happen. But Ben and I did find a dog. She is super cute, and I really want to take her home. Yet, my brother, dad, brothers friends would all kill me before we got another animal. We named her Kanela which is cinammon in spanish. It is actuall spelt canela, but I like it with a K.

Well, now it is almost 12, and I havent even started on my homework. Im super dizzy, and have a headache. I just hope I make it.

Ring Them Bells
The past few days have been quite good actually. Good things just keep coming, and I'm hoping it stays that way. Monday, I got a call from Alex, so we have plans on Saturday. Then on Tuesday, Angela and I ate dinner with her parents, then went to AC to see The Sleeping Beauty. It was a gorgeous ballet, and I am so grateful I got the chance to go. :] (THANKS ANGELA!) Yesterday after all gazillion classes, I took 2 quick naps, I did laundry, and worked out, and man, it has been quite some time since I've been there. Well not really, but it certainly feels like it. Then I took a nice long shower, and went to sleep. And I've only been up for about 45 minutes, and I have gotten ready for the day, emailed Elder Camacho, registered for all my classes (except ASL 3), and written in the blog. :D I'm feelin so good. Tired but good.
I have to meet with my english teacher today, in about an hour to talk about my paper that I am writing. I dont feel capable of writing it at all. I feel doubtful in my argument, and I feel that all my research won't benefit my paper. :[ Its really lame. So I am hoping that by seeing her today, I can clear some of that out.
I also have to meet with my ASL teacher to discuss interviewing, which is equavalent of our final. Then I plan on getting all the information for DHH (Deaf and Hard of Hearing) majors. The packet I have now is extremely confusing, so I hope he can clear it all up for me.
Then tomorrow!! San Antonio! I'm actually kind of excited. It will be nice to go out with friends, and meet new people. We are leaving about 2:30 tomorrow afternoon, getting there about 8:30 or 9:00. dancing till 12:00. Sleep, wake up at 8:00 and drive home. :[ Kinda lame. But the day will end well.... I hope. :]

"So I'm making you this tape"
So I am officially done with my paper! It took quite some time, and some serious effort, but it is done, and now I can sleep with out having to worry. :D It is such a good feeling.
So Saturday was a good day. I had lunch with my good friend Bobby, then at 3:00 Ben and I went to Ratcliff State Park with a few families from church. I met Alex who is Sister Reinen's younger brother. But he is closer to my age. We all cooked some hot dogs, and played in the water some... I just sat in the paddle boat, while Tyler and Alex did all the work. After getting on shore, we played some games of Bens, and then roasted some marshmellows before we headed out. I must say, being out there made me want to be more outdoorsie. I just dont like bugs, or sticks that like to cut the back of my leg. :/
Then today, I did my usual, church, nap, dinner, but then we had a girls night! :D we played a few real fun games. I love spending time with my friends. We are getting close, and it is nice to have that friendship.
This week I am hoping to just relax really. The paper is done, and nothing major is really going to happen till FRIDAY! I'm going to San Antonio!! HOLLA! :D It will be so much fun. I'm just not looking forward to the 5 hour drive. :[ gay.
So this a super fun song. They are a group that I am real good friends with. They are from Cali, but in November of 06 they came to my house and played for Joanna and I at our birthday party. :D here is proof.

Conflict. :/
So I now have some conflict!!
Last night as I was trying to write my paper for english, the girl came over the intercom and said "The lye-berry will be closing in 20 minutes" so I then went to save my paper, and that way I can send it to myself via email. Well this pop up thing came up, and it asked if I wanted to replace the old one, so sure why not. But then, it all just disappeared.... ALL OF IT! now, at the time I had less than 12 hours before it was due... and I dont have a computer and all my sources were online, in the library database... so yeah... getting up at 6:30 was not my favorite thing to do on a Friday.
I am in serious need of a nap, and a cherry limeade. :[
Stupid school computers.
I still have two classes today, I just hope I make it.

So according to Benjamin I need conflict within my blog... I don't know what kind of conflict. The biggest conflict I have going on right now is, well, I'm poor, but that isn't anything new. haha.
I do have a paper due tomorrow, that I haven't really started on at all, and I am stalling. :/ I honestly do not want to do it, but it is a major grade, so... lame.
I applied for a job at the rec center. I think it went well, but who knows. I could be wrong.
I could go for a cherry limeade... so hey reasons!!, you should take me to sonic. :]
I have decided that I am a walking pharmacy. I have so much vitamins, and medicine that it is insane. I don't take any of it, I just have it in my room. Yet, it came in handy because my friend isn't feeling too well. So hopefully he will be much better in a day or two.
I really want to get into natural remedies. Like only taking herbs, and spices to heal things. I heard a little about it, and I think it is worth a shot. When I have money, and my own garden I'll totally look into it. :]
May 1st I am going to San Antonio. Holla. :]
Well, I shouldn't stall any longer. This song that I am listening to is way cool. It is another Mute Math video. When I saw them in concert, it was super trippy to watch. They had such an amazing light show, and the rhythms are so good that I just stood there in awe.
On the first video, I am standing just to the right of the guy with the camera, you can see me clap, and hear me "WOO" hahaha, at the end you can see my hair.
then if you look closly on the second video, there is a chick, kinda on the middle right side of the stage that throws up the "i love you sign".... yeah. thats totally me. HAHAHAHA
but who cares about me.... MuteMath rocks

So Much Love
Well, it is earth day, and I haven't done anything earthy, or eco friendly, all I have really done is complain about how hot it is. haha. But I did make this cute picture in my rock and roll class.Exciting news!! I got a letter from Elder Camacho today!!! :D
YAY! I actually think it has been sitting in my mailbox for like 3 weeks. I just always forget that I have one. oops.
Goodness 3 weeks till school is out. FINALLY! I am ready to go home. I hate these dorms, but I have to last at least one more semester in them. Then hopefully I can get a place with Angela. But first I need a job. It is kind of important.
I also need to save up for a trip to UTAH! WOOHOO!! I'm so stoked. My mom isn't completely for it, but she'll come around.
I'm thinking about saving up for a mac book too. They seem more reliable than the one I have now. I just need to look into it first, and see if I can afford it.

This is the First Day of my Life
So, this is all new for me, and hopefully I can keep it up.
Today was one long day, and it isn't over yet!
My math class is not too hard, we studied the pythagorean theorem, and where it came from. I feel pretty advanced for that class. But I doubt my next 6 math classes will be that way. Then I got advised. It was real quick (all thanks to Angela who helped me put my schedule together). Ill be taking 12 hours over the summer, then 18 in the fall. im pretty excited. :]. Next I had english, and history of rock and roll (which I can barely stand). Then finally I had my physics lab. I found out that I got a 116/150 on my last exam... and I am not happy about it at all. So right now i have a low B in the class, and that just isnt going to fly. I tend to set real high standards for myself.
I still have to work out tonight with Anglea (and admire the view) hehe.
I also have to go do my visiting teaching with someone I've never met in my life. Grrrreeeaaattt...
Well, with this blog thing, instead of me just writing random stuff about me, I'll add some type of link of something I really enjoy, like a song, or lyrics, or whatever.
Todays is a song, done by an amazing band called MuteMath. I first heard them from a friend back in highschool, and he took me to one of thier shows in 2007. It was probably the most intese show I have ever been too. They are kind of known for their song Typical, but now they are more known for the song Spotlight which is on the new Twilight soundtrack. Enjoy. :]
